It's been awhile since I've vegan-ized recipes regularly, but I made a vegetarian version of this one a few years ago and it was really tasty! Brown "meat", season as desired. Prepared mashed potatoes. Prepare gravy. <br />In a baking dish start the layering, starting with "meat", then gravy, then corn, then green beans, then potatoes. Add cheese on top. Cover and bake for 20.
