Einstein Bros. Bagels

I wanted to share with everyone my absolute favorite bagel concoction...





Go to your local Einstein Bros. Bagels and order a sun dried tomato bagel with pesto sauce, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, toasted and open face. You'll thank me.

    i make something like this at home only with hummus in place of pesto..definitely going to try the pesto now though!
