#4: Smart Sausages - Chorizo Style

Lightly coat small skillet with oil or butter and heat however many sausages you would like (1 sausage link per person is probably enough) on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, turning as they brown.

While the sausages were cooking, I fried two eggs and made some toast.

What I liked: I love spicy, as most chorizo/soyrizo's are, and these had spice.

What I disliked: I would have preferred the chorizo in crumbles, I've never had it in sausage form like this before.

  2. i cannot get into vegetarian hot dogs/sausage except i think it's field roast? those are a lot better. this is making me want to make a soyrizo scramble!
